Gmer4Lfe e8b114094a Bring script headers onto the template and close safeguard gaps
Headers claimed protections the code never had, and several destructive paths had no
guard against a collapsed config value.

# Wrong ownership is a symptom of something else — a misconfigured container,
# a manual copy, an rsync without --chown. This script corrects the symptom
