Automated behaviors (\"from now on when X\", \"each time X\", \"whenever X\", \"before/after X\") require hooks configured in settings.json - the harness executes these, not Claude, so memory/preferences cannot fulfill them. Also use for: permissions (\"allow X\", \"add permission\", \"move permission to\"), env vars (\"set X=Y\"), hook troubleshooting, or any changes to settings.json/settings.local.json files. Examples: \"allow npm commands\", \"add bq permission to global settings\", \"move permission to user settings\", \"set DEBUG=true\", \"when claude stops show X\". For simple settings like theme/model, suggest the /config command.\n- keybindings-help: Use when the user wants to customize keyboard shortcuts, rebind keys, add chord bindings, or modify ~/.claude/keybindings.json. Examples: \"rebind ctrl+s\", \"add a chord shortcut\", \"change the submit key\", \"customize keybindings\".\n- verify: Verify that a code change actually does what it's supposed to by running the app and observing behavior. Use when asked to verify a PR, confirm a fix works, test a change manually, check that a feature works, or validate local changes before pushing.\n- code-review: Review the current diff for correctness bugs and reuse/simplification/efficiency cleanups at the given effort level (low/medium: fewer, high-confidence findings; high→max: broader coverage, may include uncertain findings; ultra: deep multi-agent review in the cloud). Pass --comment to post findings as inline PR comments, or --fix to apply the findings to the working tree after the review.\n- simplify: Review the changed code for reuse, simplification, efficiency, and altitude cleanups, then apply the fixes. Quality only — it does not hunt for bugs; use /code-review for that.\n- fewer-permission-prompts: Scan your transcripts for common read-only Bash and MCP tool calls, then add a prioritized allowlist to project .claude/settings.json to reduce permission prompts.\n- loop: Run a prompt or slash command on a recurring interval (e.g. /loop 5m /foo). Omit the interval to let the model self-pace. - When the user wants to set up a recurring task, poll for status, or run something repeatedly on an interval (e.g. \"check the deploy every 5 minutes\", \"keep running /babysit-prs\"). Do NOT invoke for one-off tasks.\n- schedule: Create, update, list, or run scheduled cloud agents (routines) that execute on a cron schedule. - When the user wants to schedule a recurring cloud agent, set up automated tasks, create a cron job for Claude Code, or manage their scheduled agents/routines. Also use when the user wants a one-time scheduled run (\"run this once at 3pm\", \"remind me to check X tomorrow\").\n- claude-api: Reference for the Claude API / Anthropic SDK — model ids, pricing, params, streaming, tool use, MCP, agents, caching, token counting, model migration.\nTRIGGER — read BEFORE opening the target file; don't skip because it \"looks like a one-liner\" — whenever: the prompt names Claude/Anthropic in any form (Claude, Anthropic, Fable, Opus, Sonnet, Haiku, `anthropic`, `@anthropic-ai`, `claude-*`, `us.anthropic.*`, `[1m]`); the user asks about an LLM (pricing/model choice/limits/caching) — never answer from memory; OR the task is LLM-shaped with provider unstated (agent/MCP/tool-definition/multi-agent/RAG/LLM-judge/computer-use; generate/summarize/extract/classify/rewrite/converse over NL; debugging refusals/cutoffs/streaming/tool-calls/tokens).\nSKIP only when another provider is being worked on (overrides all triggers): OpenAI/GPT/Gemini/Llama/Mistral/Cohere/Ollama named in the query; OR `grep -rE 'openai|langchain_openai|google.generativeai|genai|mistralai|cohere|ollama'` over the project hits (run this grep FIRST if no provider named — don't Read the file).\n- run: Launch and drive this project's app to see a change working. Use when asked to run, start, or screenshot the app, or to confirm a change works in the real app (not just tests). First looks for a project skill that already covers launching the app; otherwise falls back to built-in patterns per project type (CLI, server, TUI, Electron, browser-driven, library).\n- init: Initialize a new CLAUDE.md file with codebase documentation\n- review: Review a pull request\n- security-review: Complete a security review of the pending changes on the current branch","skillCount":13,"isInitial":true,"names":["update-config","keybindings-help","verify","code-review","simplify","fewer-permission-prompts","loop","schedule","claude-api","run","init","review","security-review"]},"type":"attachment","uuid":"397034ec-05e8-409e-ac2e-5e1cb08a8fe5","timestamp":"2026-06-14T05:51:58.043Z","userType":"external","entrypoint":"cli","cwd":"/boot/config/plugins/varaverk","sessionId":"685e6c5b-62c1-40bd-9cfd-2c9f7e15c50f","version":"2.1.177","gitBranch":"HEAD","slug":"mutable-sniffing-naur"}

Correct permissions so arrs can manage files. Junk removal so orphan detection\n5\tisn't confused by scene debris. Library sync so every node tracks the same content.\n6\tOrphan cleanup against live arr APIs so deleted content actually leaves disk. Emby\n7\tnotified automatically after every deletion. Weekly discovery adds new music, movies,\n8\tand TV shows based on what you actually play — no manual browsing required.\n9\t\n10\t> **These scripts permanently delete files.** The arr cleanup scripts are protected by\n11\t> multiple safety layers that must all pass before anything is touched — but dry runs and\n12\t> log review are still the right first step on any new system or after any configuration\n13\t> change. The testing procedure in Manual-Media.md exists for a reason.\n14\t\n15\t---\n16\t\n17\t## ━━━ THE PROBLEM THAT BUILT THIS ━━━\n18\t\n19\t**Files Owned by Root That Arrs Can't Touch** \n20\tDownload clients without explicit PUID/PGID write files owned by root. Arrs running as\n21\t`nobody:users` cannot rename, move, or delete them. Import fails. Upgrade attempts fail.\n22\tThe failure is subtle — arr shows the file as managed but can't touch it. You only\n23\tdiscover this when an upgrade is requested and the old version refuses to delete. \n24\tThe fix: `media_shares_permissions.sh` applies correct ownership daily. Even if a\n25\tcontainer is misconfigured, the window is at most 24 hours.\n26\t\n27\t**Scene Junk Confusing Orphan Detection** \n28\tScene releases include `.sfv`, `.nfo`, `.rar`, `.sample` files alongside the actual media.\n29\tAfter extraction and import these are worthless — but they're not tracked by any arr.\n30\tThey look like orphans. Processing them as orphans means the cleanup output is full of\n31\tnoise, making it hard to spot actual orphaned media. \n32\tThe fix: `media_cleaner.sh` runs before any arr cleanup and removes all known junk\n33\tpatterns first. By the time arr cleanup runs, every untracked file is actual media.\n34\t\n35\t**Deleted Shows and Removed Albums Still on Disk** \n36\tWhen you remove a series from Sonarr and the delete command fails — permission issue,\n37\tcontainer wasn't running, path mismatch — the files stay permanently. Over years on an\n38\tactive library this accumulates significantly. \n39\tThe fix: arr cleanup scripts query the live API for every tracked file path, walk the\n40\tdisk, and delete anything absent from the API response that's old enough to be past the\n41\timport window.\n42\t\n43\t**Emby Showing Ghost Entries After Cleanup** \n44\tAfter arr cleanup deletes files, Emby still shows them until its next scheduled scan —\n45\tpotentially hours later. Users see broken entries that produce \"file not found\" errors. \n46\tThe fix: `notify_emby_scan()` is called automatically after every deletion. Triggers\n47\tEmby's \"Clean Missing Files\" task immediately.\n48\t\n49\t**No Safety Net on Deletion Size** \n50\tA misconfigured root path — pointing cleanup at the wrong directory — means the API\n51\treturns zero tracked files for a root that actually contains thousands. Every file walks\n52\tas an orphan. Everything gets deleted. This is the catastrophic failure mode. \n53\tThe fix: `LIDARR/SONARR/RADARR_MAX_DELETE_GB` — if total deletion size exceeds the\n54\tlimit, the script stops and requires `--i-know-what-im-doing` to proceed. The flag name\n55\tis long and annoying by design. It cannot be added by accident.\n56\t\n57\t---\n58\t\n59\t## ━━━ WHAT THIS FOLDER DOES ━━━\n60\t\n61\tScripts divide into five functional areas:\n62\t\n63\t**Library Foundation** \n64\t`media_shares_permissions.sh` — normalize ownership and permissions daily. Runs first in\n65\tevery maintenance window because arr cleanup depends on correct ownership to delete files.\n66\t\n67\t**Junk Removal** \n68\t`media_cleaner.sh` — remove scene debris and tool artifacts before orphan scan. Runs\n69\tsecond, before any arr cleanup, so orphan detection only encounters actual media files.\n70\t\n71\t**Library Sync** \n72\t`arr_sync.sh` — full-mesh arr library sync across all nodes. Every node syncs with every\n73\tother — union model, no hierarchy. Once arrs agree on what to track, rsync spreads the\n74\tactual files. The architectural shift from file-first sync to arr-first sync.\n75\t\n76\t**Orphan Cleanup** \n77\t`lidarr_cleanup.sh`, `sonarr_cleanup.sh`, `radarr_cleanup.sh` — API-verified orphan\n78\tremoval. Five classification categories (TRACKED/PROTECTED/ORPHAN/JUNK/RECENT), seven\n79\tsafety layers, automatic Emby notification after deletion.\n80\t\n81\t**Database Hygiene** \n82\t`radarr_tmdb_removed.sh`, `sonarr_tvdb_removed.sh` — remove entries that upstream\n83\tdatabases have dropped (TMDb/TVDB status=\"deleted\"). These generate health warnings in\n84\tarrs and can never be monitored or downloaded. Most are announced-but-never-released\n85\tentries. Files are kept by default — most have none.\n86\t\n87\t**Library Enrichment** \n88\t`arrs_failed_stalled_recovery.sh` — detect and recover failed imports and stalled\n89\tdownloads across all arrs. Blocklists the bad release and triggers a re-search — hands-\n90\tfree overnight recovery. \n91\t`lidarr_missing_art.sh` — fetch missing album and artist artwork from fanart.tv and\n92\tfallback sources. Never overwrites existing files.\n93\t\n94\t**Discovery** \n95\t`playback_aware_lidarr_discovery.sh` — behavior-driven music discovery. Scores your\n96\tEmby play history, runs Last.fm getSimilar on top artists, adds the best matches to\n97\tLidarr. 0–5 meaningful adds per week. \n98\t`playback_aware_radarr_discovery.sh` — behavior-driven movie discovery. Scores recently\n99\twatched movies, runs TMDB recommendations on seeds, adds top candidates to Radarr. \n100\t`playback_aware_sonarr_discovery.sh` — behavior-driven TV discovery. Scores recently\n101\twatched series weighted by user diversity, runs TMDB TV recommendations on seeds, adds\n102\ttop shows to Sonarr. Multi-user design: one person binge-watching does not dominate seeds.\n103\t\n104\t---\n105\t\n106\t## ━━━ EXECUTION ORDER ━━━\n107\t\n108\tScripts run in multiple contexts — not all are part of the daily maintenance window:\n109\t\n110\t**Daily via `media_management.sh` (MEDIA_MAINTENANCE_JOBS):**\n111\t\n112\t```\n113\t1. media_shares_permissions.sh — permissions first — arr cleanup depends on this\n114\t2. media_cleaner.sh anime — junk before orphan scan\n115\t3. media_cleaner.sh media\n116\t4. lidarr_cleanup.sh — after permissions + clean\n117\t5. sonarr_cleanup.sh\n118\t6. radarr_cleanup.sh\n119\t```\n120\t\n121\t**Weekly arr sync (before rsync in weekly_sync_maintenance.sh):**\n122\t\n123\t```\n124\tarr_sync.sh — arrs agree on library → rsync then spreads the files\n125\t```\n126\t\n127\t**Daily recovery (separate schedule — 5am or every 6hr):**\n128\t\n129\t```\n130\tarrs_failed_stalled_recovery.sh\n131\t```\n132\t\n133\t**Weekly discovery (WEEKLY_MAINTENANCE_SCRIPTS in master.conf):**\n134\t\n135\t```\n136\tplayback_aware_lidarr_discovery.sh — score play history → Last.fm similar → add to Lidarr\n137\tplayback_aware_radarr_discovery.sh — score watch history → TMDB recommendations → add to Radarr\n138\tplayback_aware_sonarr_discovery.sh — score episode history → TMDB TV recommendations → add to Sonarr\n139\t```\n140\t\n141\t**Ad-hoc or separate schedule:**\n142\t\n143\t```\n144\tlidarr_missing_art.sh — fetch missing artwork\n145\tradarr_tmdb_removed.sh — weekly cleanup of TMDb-dropped entries\n146\tsonarr_tvdb_removed.sh — weekly cleanup of TVDB-dropped entries\n147\t```\n148\t\n149\t**Why permissions before everything else:** arr cleanup needs `nobody:users` ownership to\n150\tdelete files. If a file is `root:root`, deletion fails silently — the file looks processed\n151\tbut stays on disk.\n152\t\n153\t**Why junk before arr cleanup:** junk files are not tracked by any arr — they look like\n154\torphans. Removing them first means orphan detection only finds actual media. Cleaner\n155\toutput, more accurate detection.\n156\t\n157\t**Why arr_sync before rsync:** once arrs agree on what to track, rsync spreads the actual\n158\tfiles. An upgrade on one node — new tracked path, old path no longer in API — gets\n159\tcleaned by arr_cleanup on all nodes after the next sync cycle.\n160\t\n161\t---\n162\t\n163\t## ━━━ HOST AWARENESS ━━━\n164\t\n165\tScripts run on both servers via `detect_hosts()`, which aliases all `HOST*_` prefixed vars\n166\tto their unprefixed names at runtime. No manual `HOST1`/`HOST2` comparisons exist in any script.\n167\t\n168\tarr_sync.sh keeps all arr databases in bidirectional union — either server can download\n169\tto any share. Arr cleanup uses the union model: a file is only an orphan if neither arr\n170\ton either server has it indexed. Arr scripts check the aliased URL — if empty (arr not\n171\tconfigured on this host), they exit cleanly with no action.\n172\t\n173\tPermissions and cleaner scripts run locally against each server's own shares, defined\n174\tin `HOST*_MEDIA_PERMISSION_SHARES` and `HOST*_MEDIA_CLEAN_FOLDERS` in host*.conf.\n175\t\n176\t---\n177\t\n178\t## ━━━ SCRIPTS IN THIS FOLDER ━━━\n179\t\n180\t| Script | Role | When It Runs |\n181\t|--------|------|--------------|\n182\t| `media_shares_permissions.sh` | Apply `nobody:users` ownership + correct permissions to all media shares | Daily via `media_management.sh` |\n183\t| `media_cleaner.sh` | Remove junk files (two profiles: `anime` + `media`) | Daily via `media_management.sh` |\n184\t| `arr_sync.sh` | Full-mesh arr library sync — all nodes track the same content | Weekly before rsync |\n185\t| `lidarr_cleanup.sh` | Delete orphaned music files not tracked by Lidarr | Daily via `media_management.sh` |\n186\t| `sonarr_cleanup.sh` | Delete orphaned TV files not tracked by Sonarr | Daily via `media_management.sh` |\n187\t| `radarr_cleanup.sh` | Delete orphaned movie files not tracked by Radarr | Daily via `media_management.sh` |\n188\t| `arrs_failed_stalled_recovery.sh` | Auto-recover failed imports and stalled downloads | Daily (5am or every 6hr) |\n189\t| `lidarr_missing_art.sh` | Fetch missing album and artist artwork | Ad-hoc or separate schedule |\n190\t| `radarr_tmdb_removed.sh` | Remove movies dropped from TMDb | Ad-hoc or weekly |\n191\t| `sonarr_tvdb_removed.sh` | Remove series dropped from TVDB | Ad-hoc or weekly |\n192\t| `playback_aware_lidarr_discovery.sh` | Behavior-driven music discovery — Emby plays → Last.fm similar → Lidarr | Weekly via `weekly_sync_maintenance.sh` |\n193\t| `playback_aware_radarr_discovery.sh` | Behavior-driven movie discovery — Emby watches → TMDB recommendations → Radarr | Weekly via `weekly_sync_maintenance.sh` |\n194\t| `playback_aware_sonarr_discovery.sh` | Behavior-driven TV discovery — Emby episodes → TMDB TV recommendations → Sonarr | Weekly via `weekly_sync_maintenance.sh` |\n195\t\n196\t---\n197\t\n198\t## ━━━ HOW THE SCRIPTS RELATE ━━━\n199\t\n200\t```\n201\tWeekly arr sync (before rsync):\n202\t arr_sync.sh ──────────────── syncs tracked IDs across all nodes\n203\t │ union model: any node adds → all nodes get it\n204\t │\n205\t └── then rsync spreads the actual files to all nodes\n206\t └── then arr_cleanup removes orphans on all nodes (old paths, removed content)\n207\t\n208\tDaily maintenance window (media_management.sh):\n209\t media_shares_permissions.sh\n210\t │ (permissions correct — arr can now delete files)\n211\t ▼\n212\t media_cleaner.sh (anime + media)\n213\t │ (junk removed — orphan scan finds only actual media)\n214\t ▼\n215\t lidarr_cleanup.sh ──────────── queries Lidarr API → walks /Music → deletes orphans\n216\t sonarr_cleanup.sh ──────────── queries Sonarr API → walks /Tv_Shows → deletes orphans\n217\t radarr_cleanup.sh ──────────── queries Radarr API → walks /Movies → deletes orphans\n218\t │\n219\t └── each cleanup → notify_emby_scan() → Emby removes ghost entries\n220\t\n221\tDaily recovery:\n222\t arrs_failed_stalled_recovery.sh ── importFailed/stalled → blocklist → re-search\n223\t\n224\tWeekly discovery (WEEKLY_MAINTENANCE_SCRIPTS):\n225\t playback_aware_lidarr_discovery.sh ─ Emby plays → Last.fm similar → top candidates → Lidarr\n226\t playback_aware_radarr_discovery.sh ─ Emby watches → TMDB recommendations → top candidates → Radarr\n227\t playback_aware_sonarr_discovery.sh ─ Emby episodes → TMDB TV recommendations → top candidates → Sonarr\n228\t │\n229\t └── each discovery script fires arr search immediately after successful add\n230\t\n231\tAd-hoc enrichment:\n232\t lidarr_missing_art.sh ─────── discovers missing artwork → fetches from fanart.tv\n233\t radarr_tmdb_removed.sh ────── status=\"deleted\" → remove from Radarr + add exclusion\n234\t sonarr_tvdb_removed.sh ────── status=\"deleted\" → remove from Sonarr + add exclusion\n235\t```\n236\t"}]},"uuid":"3962f99b-503d-424d-ad80-4b78c85fc9fb","timestamp":"2026-06-14T05:51:59.522Z","sourceToolAssistantUUID":"6bb1474c-5f49-4650-92cf-277b54e01b94","userType":"external","entrypoint":"cli","cwd":"/boot/config/plugins/varaverk","sessionId":"685e6c5b-62c1-40bd-9cfd-2c9f7e15c50f","version":"2.1.177","gitBranch":"HEAD","slug":"mutable-sniffing-naur"}

Files must never have the execute bit. A single `chmod -R 664` would break\n26\tdirectory entry. The script runs `find -type d` and `find -type f` separately.\n27\t\n28\t**If this script corrects many files on every run**, a container has wrong PUID/PGID.\n29\tCorrect values on unRAID: `PUID=99 (nobody)` `PGID=100 (users)`. Add to each container's\n30\tenvironment in its Docker template. Common culprits: SABnzbd, qBittorrent, slskd.\n31\tOnce fixed, this script corrects 0 files per run — it becomes a pure daily failsafe.\n32\t\n33\t---\n34\t\n35\t## ━━━ ARR CLEANUP — FILE CLASSIFICATION ━━━\n36\t\n37\tEvery file found on disk during an arr cleanup run falls into exactly one category:\n38\t\n39\t```\n40\tTRACKED → arr API returned this exact path → leave it alone\n41\tPROTECTED → matches ARR_PROTECTED_PATTERNS → never delete\n42\tORPHAN → media extension, not tracked, old enough → delete\n43\tJUNK → not a media extension, not protected → delete (any age)\n44\tRECENT → not tracked, under ARR_ORPHAN_AGE days → skip (may be mid-import)\n45\t```\n46\t\n47\t**Why protected patterns are critical:** arrs generate artwork (`*.jpg`), metadata\n48\t(`*.nfo`), and subtitles/lyrics that do NOT appear in the tracked file API response.\n49\tWithout protection, these would be classified as orphans and deleted — removing cover art\n50\tfrom every album, every movie poster, every TV show thumbnail. Requires a full rescan\n51\tto recover. Never remove artwork extensions from protected patterns.\n52\t\n53\t---\n54\t\n55\t## ━━━ ARR CLEANUP — SAFETY LAYERS ━━━\n56\t\n57\tAll 7 layers must pass before any file is touched. There is no way to push through a\n58\tfailed safety check without the explicit override flag.\n59\t\n60\t```\n61\t1. Container running + healthy — a stopped container has an empty API\n62\t2. API reachable — no API = no tracked file list = everything looks orphaned\n63\t3. API version matches — major version must match tested version in master.conf\n64\t4. Item count > 0 — no artists/series/movies = something is wrong with DB\n65\t5. Tracked file count > 0 — empty response = everything would be deleted\n66\t6. Tracked count >= MIN_TRACKED_PCT — dramatic drop from last run = abort and alert\n67\t7. Deletion size < MAX_DELETE_GB — last line of defense against misconfigured root path\n68\t```\n69\t\n70\tLayer 7 is the catastrophic failure prevention. A misconfigured root path — pointing\n71\tcleanup at the wrong directory — means the API returns zero tracked files for a root\n72\tthat actually contains thousands. Everything walks as an orphan. Everything gets deleted.\n73\t`LIDARR/SONARR/RADARR_MAX_DELETE_GB` requires `--i-know-what-im-doing` to proceed past it.\n74\t\n75\t---\n76\t\n77\t## ━━━ CONFIGURATION — master.conf ━━━\n78\t\n79\t### Permissions\n80\t\n81\t```bash\n82\tPERMISSIONS_DIR_MODE=\"755\"\n83\tPERMISSIONS_FILE_MODE=\"664\"\n84\tPERMISSIONS_OWNER=\"nobody:users\"\n85\t```\n86\t\n87\t---\n88\t\n89\t### Media Cleaner — File Patterns\n90\t\n91\t```bash\n92\tANIME_FILE_PATTERNS=(\n93\t \"*.sfv\" # checksum verification — useless after download verified\n94\t \"*.md5\" \"*.sha1\" # other checksum formats\n95\t \"*.nfo\" # scene info file — not library metadata\n96\t \"*.url\" \"*.lnk\" # website shortcuts\n97\t \"*.rar\" \"*.zip\" # source archives kept by some clients after extraction\n98\t \"*.info\" # tool output files\n99\t \"*.torrent\" # torrent descriptor left by some clients\n100\t \"*.sample*\" # scene preview clip\n101\t \"*.proof*\" # screenshot proving encode quality\n102\t \"*sync-conflict*\" # Syncthing conflict copies\n103\t \"*.scr\" \"*.exe\" # executables — should never be in a media folder\n104\t \"*.srr\" # scene recovery record\n105\t \"*.log\" # tool/client logs\n106\t \"*.json\" # metadata or tool output\n107\t)\n108\t\n109\tMEDIA_FILE_PATTERNS=(\n110\t \"${ANIME_FILE_PATTERNS[@]}\" # all anime patterns plus:\n111\t \"*.iso\" # disc images after ripping\n112\t \"*.lrc\" # lyric files in media folders\n113\t)\n114\t```\n115\t\n116\t> **DO NOT add patterns that match media you want to keep:** \n117\t> `*.mkv *.mp4 *.avi *.m4v` — video files \n118\t> `*.flac *.mp3 *.m4a` — audio files \n119\t> `*.srt *.sub *.ass` — subtitle files (Bazarr managed) \n120\t> `*.jpg *.png` — artwork \n121\t> Always use `--dry-run` when adding new patterns.\n122\t\n123\t---\n124\t\n125\t### Lidarr Cleanup Thresholds\n126\t\n127\t```bash\n128\tLIDARR_ORPHAN_AGE=7 # days — files newer than this are RECENT (mid-import window)\n129\tLIDARR_MIN_TRACKED_PCT=80 # abort if API returns < 80% of last known count\n130\tLIDARR_MAX_DELETE_GB=50 # require --i-know-what-im-doing above this\n131\tLIDARR_IMPORT_SCAN_TIMEOUT=600 # seconds to wait for pre-flight import scan\n132\tLIDARR_VERSION_MAJOR=3 # expected Lidarr major version (API safety check)\n133\tLIDARR_EXTENSIONS=(\"flac\" \"mp3\" \"m4a\" \"wav\" \"aac\" \"ogg\" \"opus\" \"wma\")\n134\tLIDARR_PROTECTED_PATTERNS=(\"*.jpg\" \"*.jpeg\" \"*.png\" \"*.nfo\" \"*.lrc\")\n135\tLIDARR_TRACKED_COUNT_FILE=/boot/config/lidarr_tracked_count # persistent baseline\n136\tARR_CLEANUP_STATS=/boot/config/arr_cleanup_stats.db # read by coffee report\n137\t```\n138\t\n139\t---\n140\t\n141\t### Sonarr Cleanup Thresholds\n142\t\n143\t```bash\n144\tSONARR_ORPHAN_AGE=7\n145\tSONARR_MAX_DELETE_GB=50\n146\tSONARR_IMPORT_SCAN_TIMEOUT=600\n147\tSONARR_VERSION_MAJOR=4\n148\tSONARR_EXTENSIONS=(\"mkv\" \"mp4\" \"avi\" \"m4v\" \"ts\" \"wmv\" \"mov\")\n149\tSONARR_PROTECTED_PATTERNS=(\"*.jpg\" \"*.jpeg\" \"*.png\" \"*.nfo\" \"*.srt\" \"*.sub\" \"*.ass\" \"*.ssa\")\n150\t```\n151\t\n152\tNote: `*.ts` IS in extensions — transport stream is used for Live TV recordings tracked\n153\tby Sonarr. The actual scripts are `lidarr_cleanup.sh`, `sonarr_cleanup.sh`, and `radarr_cleanup.sh`.\n- The docs should clarify these are three separate scripts, not one generic `arr_cleanup.sh`.\n\n**3. play_state_sync.sh — Missing mention of --full flag**\n- Manual-Media.md does not list `--full` mode in the \"FLAG REFERENCE\" section for `play_state_sync.sh`.\n- The script header at line 65-66 documents: `play_state_sync.sh --full — Ignore PLAY_SYNC_DAYS — sync all played items (may be slow).`\n- This flag should be added to Manual-Media.md documentation.\n\n**4. playback_aware_sonarr_discovery.sh — Typo in script header**\n- lidarr_cleanup.sh header line 91 contains: \"Use when Soularr has filled the gaps\" \n- This appears to be a typo (should be \"Sonarr\" but in a Lidarr cleanup script, this text is out of context and mentions the wrong application).\n\n**5.
