Gmer4Lfe 4a22f3af66 varaverk: fix ext IP and Tailscale IP in network card 
- External IP: switch from DDNS domain lookup to curl ifconfig.me with 5-min
  cache; DDNS approach broke because host detection uses HOST1_NAME but conf
  has HOST1, so domain was never resolved
- Tailscale IP: switch from hardcoded tailscale0 iface to `tailscale ip -4`;
  interface name varies (tailscale0, tailscale1) across kernels/installs

Gmer4Lfe 279ac156c2 varaverk: fix monitor API — include config.php so vv_conf_vars/detect_host resolve 
vv_network_stats() calls vv_conf_vars() and vv_detect_host() which are defined in
config.php. monitor.php had no require for it, causing a PHP fatal error on every
poll → empty JSON → all monitor cards stuck on "Loading...".

Gmer4Lfe 4ab3ddbc47 Add Varaverk plugin scaffold (PHP, unRAID native) 
Plugin lives in Plugin/ — invisible to User Script Plugin.
dev_install.sh symlinks into /usr/local/emhttp/plugins/varaverk/ for development.

Pages: Monitor (5s poll), Scheduler (orchs + Advanced children, toggle + cron),
Config (raw editor, host-aware file access), Docs (markdown + live $VAR substitution).

API endpoints: monitor.php (JSON), scheduler.php (writes schedule.json + cron.d),
config.php (writes conf files with host permission check).

Includes: config.php (parser, host detection, var map), scheduler.php (job tree,
cron.d rebuild), monitor.php (docker, GPU, resources, fallback, transcode),
docs.php (file tree, var substitution, Parsedown renderer).
