Step-by-step deployment guide: prerequisites, Tailscale, git clone, sparse checkout, master.conf/host*.conf config, SSH keys via ssh_setup.sh, Arbiter cron table, initial sync, fallback enable, partnership onboard, verification, and common first-run troubleshooting.
