fix: hide scrollbars on all nested scrollable divs in monitor cards

Global webkit rule now covers all descendants, not just direct children.
Inline scrollbar-width:none added to the three inner overflow-y:auto divs
(transcode sessions, GPU processes, scripts list) so Firefox hides them too.
